Transfers Plus Tulum

We used their service for a private van transfer for four adults from Tulum airport to and from our hotel in Riviera Maya. The General Manager introduced himself via WhatsApp right after booking - which was a nice touch. He reconfirmed everything a day prior to our arrival. The driver was early when picking us up at the airport and also on the way back from our hotel. Very reputable and friendly service and would/will use them again in the future

I do highly recommend the services! Our flight got delayed, and we arrived in Tulum one day later. I communicated in advance the change, and there were no problem or extra charge to pick us up the following day. They were on time both ways ( from and to the airport), and they do have fair prices.

I actually had to cancel my reservation soon after I made it because of date changes for my trip. Transfers Plus got back to me right away. They were professional and courteous, and promptly refunded my money. I will definitely rebook with them when I head off to Tulum!

Driver met us at the airport with a big sign and then wisked us away to the Dreams Mayan resort (about 1 hour drive). Omar, our driver, took all the bags and the car was air-conditioned when we got in. Safe drive and drivers spoke good English. Communication easy with the owner, Jao on the WhatsApps app. Pickup at resort was on time.

Transfers Plus kept in touch with us before the trip and again before our departure for home. They were on time and provided our choice of beverages, water, beer, or soda. Definitely can recommend them.

We were very happy with the service we received from transfers plus. There was a lot of communication prior to our trip with the company through WhatsApp. The vehicle was at the Tulum airport when we arrived and received a WhatsApp message where to meet him. It is so nice to go directly from the airport to the resort without having to make multiple stops dropping people off at other resorts. When it was time to be picked up at the resort to go back to the airport the driver was at the resort to pick us up exactly the time they said they would be there. The drivers were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company as an affordable and reliable transportation service

I had an outstanding experience dealing with Joaquin and his team during my flight from Canada in Jan 2025 where I used this service for an Airport Pickup and Transfer from Cancun Airport to Tulum where my hotel was. Well before the trip started, he took the time to make sure that he had the correct flight information and arrival time at the Cancun International Airport. He also explained to me that there was Wi-Fi when I landed that I could use to communicate with him on WhatsApp. This is obviously very important for an airport. Pick up where communication is absolutely essential....

They were very organized and good communication. The pickup and drop off was easy. I travelled with my dog who stayed in the crate.
