• To send the request to the transportation provider selected by the traveler.
• To allow the selected provider to contact the traveler and confirm availability, price, service details and payment conditions.
• To provide customer support, follow up on requests and review service-related reports or complaints.
• To manage quality control, provider visibility, internal evaluations and platform operation.
• To keep an internal record of requests, communications and service history.

Secondary and commercial purposes

We may also use contact information to send travel-related communications, promotions, offers, tours, hotels, destination recommendations, news, complementary services and advertising campaigns related to the traveler’s visit or future travel interests. The user may request to stop receiving commercial communications at any time.

Sharing data with transportation providers

When a traveler selects or contacts a transportation provider through the platform, the personal data necessary to handle the request may be shared with that provider.

The selected provider may use the data to contact the traveler, confirm service details, close the booking, coordinate payment and deliver the transportation service.

The provider may share the strictly necessary information with its drivers, coordinators, operational staff, logistics partners or support providers when required to perform the requested service.

Storage of information

Requests submitted through the platform may be stored in our database for operational, administrative, quality control, commercial, statistical and legal compliance purposes.
