Payment conditions are confirmed by each provider
At this stage, payment methods may vary by agency. The provider is responsible for confirming the accepted payment method, deposit requirements, final amount and service details before the transfer takes place.
We review service reports from travelers
If a provider charges more than agreed, fails to deliver the service, sends an unsuitable vehicle or creates a negative travel experience, the traveler may contact us so the case can be reviewed.
Depending on the case, the platform may apply internal quality measures, reduce visibility, suspend or remove the provider from the directory.

Equivalent vehicles may be assigned when needed
A provider may assign a different vehicle when operationally necessary, but the unit must be in good condition and must respect the passenger capacity, luggage capacity, safety standards and service conditions agreed with the traveler.
