I had a very pleasant experience. They sent an instruction list ahead of time and verified my arriving and departing flight. They were constantly in touch with me and were outside waiting for us. The drivers were very professional and friendly and even made an additional stop at a different terminal because one of our family members were lander there. Overall it was a stress free and easy trip for us especially since we were traveling with senior citizens and a baby. Very smooth operations from start to finish.

Great communication. Once on the ground the instructions are simple. Car was clean and maintained. AC was already running prior to arrival. Driver was friendly and knew the area well. I’ve used this company several times over the years and I’ve never had an issue.

We were a group of 12 using the transportation at two different time in the day. The company provided an on time shuttle from airport to hotel and back. The drivers were on time and safe on the road. We travel every year in the Cancun area and will use this company again.

I used Easy Ride Transportation recently in Cancun the communicated excellent through WhatsApp at the airport I’d pick up they had a gentleman with a board with my name on it I’ve used many other transportation and they are as good or better than all of them
